Valuation review means providing of opinion on the value of real estate or leasehold in which a mutual fund invests, without conducting physical inspection of the property;
Valuation review means the report prepared by RPA which was provided to MacMillan’s Board of Directors in respect of the reasonableness of the valuation of the Transferred Assets and the Royalty and Streaming Contracts that Maverix presented to MacMillan.
