Examples of Valuation Request in a sentence

  • In this document, the following words have the following meanings: Agreement means the agreement between us and you comprising these “Standard Terms and Conditions”, the Letter and in respect of a particular Valuation Request, that Valuation Request and the relevant Valuation.

  • The Company will send an Valuation Request Form (“Form”) to the Prospective Seller, who shall submit the Form to the Company along with a color photograph of the property and a written statement of expert opinion about it, if any.

  • Within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the Valuation Request, the Members shall mutually select a Qualified Valuator, Confidential treatment has been requested for portions of this exhibit.

  • However, in the event the Transferring Member submits a Valuation Request, but after receipt of the Valuations determines not to transfer any of its Membership Interest, such Transferring Member shall not have the right to submit another Valuation Request until two (2) years from the date of receipt of the last completed Valuation relating to the submitted Valuation Request.

  • Transaction Request Defined in Section 3.01(a).

  • Mediation Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

  • Information Request means a request for any Information under the FOI Legislation.

  • Corporation Request and "Corporation Order" mean, respectively, the written request or order signed in the name of the Corporation by its Chairman of the Board of Directors, its Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, its President or a Vice President, and by its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Trustee.

  • Utilisation Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Utilisation Request).

  • Arbitration Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a).

  • Conversion Request means a request, substantially in the form of Exhibit B, by the Borrower to convert the interest rate basis for all or portions of outstanding Loans, which shall specify (a) the requested Conversion Date, which shall be not fewer than three Business Days after the date of such Conversion Request, (b) the aggregate amount of such Loans, on and after the Conversion Date, which are to bear interest as ABR Loans or Eurodollar Loans and (c) the term of the Interest Periods therefor, if any.

  • Acceleration Request means a request pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.4A, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.4A, to accelerate or reschedule a transmission outage scheduled pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.2 or Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.4, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.2 or Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.4.

  • Redemption Request has the meaning as set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Bid Submission Requirement means a task a Prospective Contractor must complete when submitting a bid response. These requirements will be distinguished by using the term “shall” or “must” in the requirement.

  • Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Group Agents pursuant to Section 2.02(a).

  • Extension Request has the meaning provided in Section 2.20(a).

  • Credit Event Resolution Request Date means, with respect to a notice to ISDA requesting that a Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee be convened to resolve:

  • Interconnection Request means a Generation Interconnection Request, a Transmission Interconnection Request and/or an IDR Transfer Agreement.

  • Registration Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).

  • Drawdown Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Drawdown Request).

  • Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.07.

  • Notice of Revolving Borrowing shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.3.

  • Notice of Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).

  • Surplus Interconnection Request means a request submitted by a Surplus Interconnection Customer, pursuant to Tariff, Attachment RR, to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Request is not a New Service Request.

  • Notice of Swing Line Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(b).

  • Alternate Bid means multiple Bids with substantive variations from the same Bidder in response to a Solicitation.

  • Notice of Revolving Credit Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).

  • Service Authorization Request means a Provider’s or Enrollee’s request to the Contractor for the provision of a service.

  • Certification Requirements means those requirements specified or referenced in this Agreement that you must meet in order to use and maintain the Certification Designation and use the Logo in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
