Valuation Rate definition

Valuation Rate shall be the applicable percentage, as defined in Schedule G, to be applied to the Fair Market Value of each Eligible Security.
Valuation Rate means, for Cash or any category of obligation or investment specified below in the column entitled "Cash and Eligible Securities" (other than Cash, the "Eligible Securities"), the percentage set forth opposite such category of Cash or Eligible Securities below in the column entitled "Valuation Rate" and, in each case, subject to the original term to maturity criteria set forth therein:
Valuation Rate means the close of business on each business day.
