Valuation Portfolio definition
Valuation Portfolio means Valuation Obligations with an aggregate outstanding principal balance (excluding accrued but unpaid interest) and/or cash at the option of the Counterparty equal to the outstanding Aggregate Nominal Amount of the relevant Class of Notes.
