Related to Valuation Package

  • Valuation Report means the valuation report or reports for mortgage purposes, in the form of the pro-forma contained in the Standard Documentation, obtained by the Seller from a Valuer in respect of each Mortgaged Property or a valuation report in respect of a valuation made using a methodology which would be acceptable to a reasonable prudent mortgage lender;

  • Valuation Point means such time as shall be specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.

  • Actuarial Receivable means any Receivable under which the portion of a payment with respect thereto allocable to interest and the portion of a payment with respect thereto allocable to principal is determined in accordance with the Actuarial Method.

  • Application Package means the forms, schedules, checklists, exhibits, computer disks and instructions thereto obtained from the Agency, which shall be completed and submitted to the Agency in accordance with all regulations in order to apply for the HTC Program.
