In addition, on the date upon which any Additional Collateral is pledged as Collateral to the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties to secure the Obligations, but only with respect to such Additional Collateral, the Parent shall deliver to the Administrative Agent one or more Appraisals or Valuation Certificates, as applicable, determining the Appraised Value of such Additional Collateral.
