Valuation Analysis definition

Valuation Analysis means an estimate of value for ad valorem tax purposes which is prepared in conjunction with a contested case before the Board, Commission, or administrative judge.
Valuation Analysis means, with respect to an entity, a valuation analysis of such entity conducted by an independent valuation expert for purposes of compliance with Section 409A and approved by the Board of Directors (or equivalent body) of such entity in good faith.
