Valuable gift definition
Valuable gift means a valuable gift as defined by rule of the board.
Valuable gift means any gift, service, loan, thing or promise given with the intent to influence a supervisor's, official's or employee's actions, but does not include reasonable fees and honorariums, actual and necessary expenses incurred in public meetings or speaking engagements or the exchange of seasonal, anniversary, or customary gifts among relatives and friends.
