VALUABLE CARGO definition

VALUABLE CARGO means a consignment which contains one or more of the following articles:

VALUABLE CARGO means bullion, precious metal objects, precious stones, precious jewellery, bank notes, coins, bonds, negotiable instruments or securities of any kind, valuable works of art, livestock, bloodstock, spirits, tobacco, tobacco products.
VALUABLE CARGO means all coins, gold bars and other salvage excavated from the SS Central America shipwreck as defined in and subject to the terms of the Master Services Agreement.

  • Valuables means jewellery, watches, items made of or containing precious materials or semi-precious stones, furs, binoculars, telescopes, computer games, any kind of photographic, audio, video, computer, television, fax and telephone equipment (including mobile phones), MP3 players, PDAs, any pre-recorded electronic games, CDs, mini discs, DVDs, cartridges, video and audio tapes.

  • Reasonable Care means the use of reasonable custodial practices under the applicable circumstances as measured by the custodial practices then prevailing in Russia of International Financial Institutions acting as custodians for their institutional investor clients in Russia.
