Validation/ Validating definition
Validation/ Validating means the process of validating a Candidate’s credentials including qualification, role expectation and compensation, willingness to relocate, vetting the resume/ curriculum vitae of a Candidate who applies for the Recruitment Post, conducting necessary background checks and gathering necessary references for the purpose of assessing the suitability of the Candidate for the Recruitment Post.
