Validation Study definition

Validation Study means the written report prepared by the IPD Team addressing whether a facility can be designed and constructed to deliver the services described in Owner's Project Business Case within the Allowable Cost and within the Conceptual Project Schedule.
Validation Study means determining the effectiveness of AT Products, Glass Tax Products and Secondary Products by using them in controlled experiments involving at least [ * ] well-characterized toxicologically significant chemicals.
Validation Study means any period of use for evaluation purposes set out in a Quotation

Examples of Validation Study in a sentence

  • As part of the Validation Study, the Owner and Risk/Reward Team members will conduct the Joint Site Investigation at or concerning the Project site to review all existing site information; perform investigations and surveys; document all site-related information needed to design and construct the Project; verify existing conditions within the Project site, including all points of connection; location of all utilities; and the accuracy of existing surveys and other documentation provided by the Owner.

Related to Validation Study
