Valid ESAt definition

Valid ESAt means an ESAt that was conducted within the last two years where the Participant has not had a significant change of circumstances which would make the ESAt invalid, in accordance with any Guidelines.

Examples of Valid ESAt in a sentence

  • Where an Exit occurs and the Participant subsequently returns to the Program Services at 13 Consecutive Weeks or more after the date of the Exit, the Participant must have a Valid ESAt or JCA and, subject to that ESAt or JCA, begin a new Period of Service, unless the Participant is returning as a Work Assist Participant (in which case the Participant does not require a Valid ESAt or JCA).
