Valid data definition

Valid data means CEMs data that is not out of control as defined in 40 CFR part 75.(3) ‘‘Better than BART’’ alternative for NOX. Total cumulative NOX emissionsfrom Units 1, 2, and 3, from January 1,2009 to December 31, 2044, may not exceed the 2009–2044 NOX Cap. The owner/operator must implement the applicable operating scenario, under paragraph (j)(3)(i) of this section, to ensure NOX emission reductions sufficient to maintain total cumulative NOX emissions from Units 1, 2, and 3 below the 2009–2044 NOX Cap.(i) Operating scenarios to comply with2009–2044 NOX Cap. The owner/ operator must comply with one of the following operating scenarios based on the applicability provisions in paragraph (j)(3)(ii) of this section.
Valid data means data of known and documented quality that satisfy, at a minimum, the requirements set out in the AMD;
Valid data means data recorded when the CEMS is not out-of-control as defined by Part 75.

  • Valid data points must be available for 75 percent of the operating hours in an operating day to compute the daily average.

More Definitions of Valid data

Valid data means data not corrupted by any error, improper calibration or malfunction of discrete independent components used to generate the data, or by the improper application of applicable United States EPA or Environment Canada's EPS published protocols for emission data collection through the use of CEM systems, and excludes under-range and over-range data relative to the upper and lower range sensitivity settings of the respective CEM unit as well as CEM calibration and span hour data;
Valid data means CEMs data that is not out of control as defined in 40 CFR Part 75.(3) Compliance date. The owner/operator may elect to comply with the NOX emission limitations in this paragraph (j) either:(i) Within five years of the effectivedate of the final rulemaking, or(ii) On one coal-fired unit per year by 2021, 2022, and 2023.(4) NOX emission limitations. Theowner/operator of each coal-fired unit subject to this paragraph (j) shall not emit or cause to be emitted NOX in excess of the following:(i) Under paragraph (j)(3)(i) of thissection: within 5 years of the effective of the final rule, 0.055 pounds per million British thermal units (lb/ MMBtu) from any group of coal-fired units, averaged on a rolling average basis over 30-boiler-operating days.(ii) Under paragraph (j)(3)(ii) of thissection:
Valid data means data that is obtained from a continuous sulfur dioxide emission monitor, continuous temperature monitor, or continuous flow rate monitor, which meets the applicable specifications, operating requirements and quality assurance and control requirements contained in this permit.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Illegal product means any product derived in whole or in part from illegal oil or illegal gas.

  • Hosted Software means Samsara’s web-based software platform, including the interface accessed online at cloud.samsara.com.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products, to the extent that the same are Controlled by or in Adapt’s or its Affiliates’ or Adapt’s Commercial Sublicensees’ possession, and may be disclosed to Lightlake without violating any obligation under Applicable Law.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed (including all content published during the Subscription Period to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.
