Valid Consents means consents obtained (i) for persons aged 13 and over, using Company's double opt-in method by which the persons providing personal information to Company have both (a) indicated their consent by checking a box which signifies his or her desire to have his or her personal information registered with the site and used by Company, and (b) thereafter responded to a confirmatory e-mail message to signify his or her desire to have his or her personal information registered with the site and used by Company and (ii) for persons under the age of 13, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. Company has not used any personal information without or beyond the scope of a Valid Consent. Company has placed all personal information relating to persons who have signified that they do not grant or later revoke a Valid Consent in an unsubscribed archive file where such data is stored but not used by Company. Company has not collected and maintains no personal information about persons outside the United States in violation of any local, state or federal law.

Valid Consents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.
