Valid Charges definition

Valid Charges is a charge within the amount authorized, which is charged to the Card Member (i) on a Transaction Receipt acceptable to RapiPay, bearing an imprint of a Valid Card and wherever applicable, bearing the same signature as that on the Valid Card; and (ii) using the Equipment with Transaction Receipt generated from the Equipment after swiping or dipping the Valid Card, and wherever applicable, bearing the same signature as that on the Valid Card.
Valid Charges means charges incurred by the Card Holder for purchase of goods or services on the card or any other charge as may be included by the Bank from time to time for the purpose of this product.

Examples of Valid Charges in a sentence

  • Further, RapiPay will not be responsible or held liable for refund of such Valid Charges, by the Merchant directly to the Card Member.

  • Payment of such charges by RapiPay is not to be construed or deemed to mean that the charges involved are Valid Charges.

  • Payment of such charges by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is not to be construed or deemed to mean that the charges involved are Valid Charges.

  • Payment against any Charge Slip by HBL shall not be construe or deem to mean that the charges involved are Valid Charges.

  • E-Merchants Factory agrees to accept without recourse all Valid Charges, subject to clause 7 hereinafter and the “Merchant Establishment” agrees to accept payment for each Valid Charge in the amount given on the Sale Slip less discount of percent (this can be changed by E- Merchants Factory at its sole discretion during the course of this “Merchant Establishment Agreement”.

  • Payment of such charges to Merchant is not to be construed or deemed to mean that the charges involved are Valid Charges.

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, ItzCash shall pay to the Merchant an amount equivalent to the Valid Charges specified in the Charge Slips after deducting the MDR and Card Transaction Reimbursement Amount.

  • In case any Valid Charges of any Card Member are required to be credited back to such Card Member, the Merchant will not allow such Card Member to cash any cheque and / or the Merchant will not make any cash advances and cash refunds directly to such Card Member.
