valid candidate definition
valid candidate means a qualifying Tribal Member who has filed a Declaration of Candidacy with the Election Board, paid the appropriate fee for such filing and have been determined by the Election Board as an eligible candidate for an elected position for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
