Valid Address definition
Valid Address means an address recognised by Royal Mail. For the purposes of a corporate entity, the address is where the corporate entity is registered at such time; and
Valid Address means an address to which the Debtor’s noticing agent mailed a Plan solicitation package that is not returned by the United States Postal Service as undeliverable for any reason.
Examples of Valid Address in a sentence
In the event a settlement check is returned to the Class Administrator as undeliverable, the Class Administrator shall attempt to identify a new Valid Address pursuant to the process described at Section 9.1.2 above or other reasonable means and shall re-send the settlement check if a valid address can be identified.
