valid accreditation certificate definition
valid accreditation certificate means an accreditation certificate which has not been suspended or revoked.
Accreditation body means an entity that has been approved by FDA to accredit mammography facilities.
national accreditation body means national accreditation body as defined in point 11 of Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 765/2008;
registration certificate means the certificate of registration or other documents in lieu thereof establishing that the Goods supplied under the Contract are registered for use in the Purchaser’s country in accordance with the applicable law.
Exemption Certificate is defined in clause (e) of Section 4.6.
Perfection Certificates is defined in Section 5.1.
