VaCMS definition

VaCMS means the Virginia Case Management System which is the system of record for the Child Care Program and into which all child care transactions are entered.

  • Cleaner means an employee engaged in cutting or trimming off loose ends of cotton or cloth left on garments or parts of garments by previous operators;

  • Putrescible waste means solid waste that contains organic matter capable of being decomposed by microorganisms and of such a character and proportion as to be capable of attracting or providing food for birds. The term does not include uncontaminated yard trash or clean wood.

  • Bathroom and tile cleaner means a product designed or labeled to clean tile or surfaces in bathrooms. “Bathroom and Tile Cleaner” does not include “Toilet/Urinal Care Product.”

  • Topsoil means a varying depth (up to 300 mm) of the soil profile irrespective of the fertility, appearance, structure, agricultural potential, fertility and composition of the soil;

  • Encapsulation means the application of an encapsulant.
