Vacation Resorts definition

Vacation Resorts means the vacation ownership resorts acquired, developed, operated, managed and sold by Starwood Vacation and its Subsidiaries.
Vacation Resorts shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Recitals to the Ninth Amendment.
