Section 1 of the Lease, Demised Premise, is hereby amended by adding the following: "Pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Landlord and Tenant agree that the Floor Area of the Demised Premises shall be modified by the deletion of approximately 5,796 square feet ("Vacated Area"), on the 11th floor as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof said Vacated Area currently being occupied by the Tenant known as Universal Underwriters Insurance Companies, Inc.
