Vacated definition

Vacated means a structure or property no longer occupied.
Vacated means that, subsequent to a finding that the dwelling has been deemed unfit for human habitation, all occupants of said dwelling must be removed until the dwelling has been remediated.
Vacated means the absence of any person attending to the fire.

  • Vacated annual leave shall be bid and assigned first to the senior employee in the craft who is junior to the vacating employee and hence through the seniority roster and back around to the vacating employee.

Vacated means when Licensee gives Licensor the keys to the Premises, and "abandoned" shall mean when Licensee fails to open to the public the Premises for twenty (20) consecutive days.
Vacated means cancelled. “Stayed” means postponed. “Modified” means changed.
Vacated means that an operator is absent from his/her run for a period of thirty (30) or more consecutive calendar days for any reason, including but not limited to sickness, accident, suspension, promotion, but excluding paid vacation.
