Office of the Interconnection Control Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by the Office of the Interconnection to coordinate and direct the operation of the PJM Region and to administer the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including facilities and equipment used to communicate and coordinate with the Market Participants in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region. Exit Management Date means each of the following:

Service Control Point (SCP) is the node in the common channel signaling network that accepts Queries for certain Database services. The SCP is a real time database system that receives Queries from service platforms, performs subscriber or application-specific service logic, and then sends a Response back to the Query-originating platform. Control Centre means the central facility of the Cycle Sharing System used mainly for service monitoring, operations control, and customer service. It is the location for collecting, storing, consolidating, processing the information obtained from various elements of the Cycle Sharing System as well as from users, agents, employees, and service providers.
Resolution Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(ii).

Temporary Vacancy a vacancy in a position caused by the regularly assigned employee being absent from duty or temporarily assigned to other duties.

Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond WRAS’s reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks [or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
Exit Manager the person appointed by each Party pursuant to Paragraph 3.3 of this Schedule 8 (Exit Arrangements) for managing the Provider’s obligations under Schedule 8 (Exit Arrangements);
Pay Out Commencement Date means the date on which a Trust Pay Out Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 9.01 of the Agreement or a Series 2001-D Pay Out Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 7 hereof.
Exit Management means the obligations and rights of the Parties to ensure a smooth transition of the Framework from the Contractor to the Authority or any Replacement Contractor as set out in Clause 44 (Exit Management) and Schedule 8 (Exit Management).
Area Control Error or “ACE” shall mean the instantaneous difference between a Balancing Authority’s net actual and scheduled interchange, taking into account the effects of Frequency Bias and correction for meter error.
Services Commencement Date means the date delivery of the Services shall commence as specified in the Key Provisions. If no date is specified in the Key Provisions this date shall be the Commencement Date;
Class C operator means the individual responsible for initially addressing emergencies presented by a spill or release from an UST system. The Class C operator typically controls or monitors the dispensing or sale of regulated substances.
Program change means any elimination, curtailment or reorganization of a curriculum offering, program or school operation or a reorganization or closing of a school or consolidation of two or more individual schools or school districts that is unrelated to financial exigency.
Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.
