VA Contract definition

VA Contract means the letter agreement, dated July 28, 2003, between VA and Novartis, a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule 1.76.
VA Contract has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(c).
VA Contract shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11P.
