V3 Technology definition

V3 Technology means all Technology that is acquired or developed by or for V3 (prior to the Effective Date) for use in or directly related to the Products (whether such Technology is owned or licensed from a third party by V3); but in all cases excluding any and all QuickLogic Technology.

  • Except as provided in this Section, no other royalties will be due and owing from QuickLogic to V3 for the use of V3 Technology.
