UXP definition

UXP has the meaning given in the Preamble.
UXP and single cross hatched on Exhibit A is reserved for the exclusive use of UXP.

  • In furtherance of this Agreement, the Shareholder shall and hereby does authorize and instruct UXP to instruct its transfer agent to enter a stop transfer order with respect to all of the Shares owned beneficially and of record by the Shareholder and all Shares acquired by the Shareholder after the date hereof.
