UW Software definition
UW Software means UW’s proprietary software which Vendor may access or utilize pursuant to this Contract. UW Software includes all prior, current, and future versions of the UW Software and all maintenance updates, upgrades and error corrections and additions, changes to, and new releases and versions of the UW Software.
