  • Notwithstanding any of the foregoing or any other terms in this Agreement, it is the understanding of the parties that a Previously Purchased DHE Title may be subject to a DHE Conversion only once, such that if a Rights Token for a particular Previously Purchased DHE Title has already been added to a UV Customer’s UV Account as a result of a DHE Conversion, then a Rights Token in respect of that same Previously Purchased DHE Title shall not be added a second time in connection with any DHE Conversion.
