UTS Property definition
UTS Property means all property provided to the Contractor or its Personnel by UTS during the term of this Master Contractor Agreement including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Confidential Information, keys, identity cards, equipment and texts.

Any equipment or other property (including UTS Property) which the Executive Search Provider or its Personnel use in the provision of the Services is at their own risk.
UTS Property The Executive Search Provider: must and must ensure that its Personnel maintain UTS Property in good working order; and is responsible for UTS Property (including any loss or damage to it) until the UTS Property is returned to UTS; and on the cessation of this Agreement, or when requested to do so by UTS (whichever occurs first), must immediately return to UTS all UTS Property in the possession, custody or control of it or its Personnel.
