UTS Property definition

UTS Property means all property provided to the Contractor or its Personnel by UTS during the term of this Master Contractor Agreement including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Confidential Information, keys, identity cards, equipment and texts.

  • Any equipment or other property (including UTS Property) which the Executive Search Provider or its Personnel use in the provision of the Services is at their own risk.

  • UTS Property The Executive Search Provider: must and must ensure that its Personnel maintain UTS Property in good working order; and is responsible for UTS Property (including any loss or damage to it) until the UTS Property is returned to UTS; and on the cessation of this Agreement, or when requested to do so by UTS (whichever occurs first), must immediately return to UTS all UTS Property in the possession, custody or control of it or its Personnel.

  • Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.

  • Tenant’s Property means Removable Installations and, other than Installations, any personal property or equipment of Tenant that may be removed without material damage to the Premises, and (z) “Installations” means all property of any kind paid for by Landlord, all Alterations, all fixtures, and all partitions, hardware, built-in machinery, built-in casework and cabinets and other similar additions, equipment, property and improvements built into the Premises so as to become an integral part of the Premises, including, without limitation, fume hoods which penetrate the roof or plenum area, built-in cold rooms, built-in warm rooms, walk-in cold rooms, walk-in warm rooms, deionized water systems, glass washing equipment, autoclaves, chillers, built-in plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and any power generator and transfer switch.

  • Excluded Personal Property has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(c).

  • School property means in or within any building, structure, athletic playing field, playground, parking lot or land contained within the real property boundary line of a public elementary or secondary school, or in or on a school bus, as defined in Vehicle and Traffic Law §142.
