Once payment is made, the bank would provide an “ UTR remittance number” for successful transaction with which the bidder will come back to the e-Procurement portal after expiry of 2 to 3 bank working days to enable the NEFT/RTGS process to complete, in order to verify the payment made and continue with his/her bidding process.
If the copy of UTR receipt is not uploaded with the E-tender the tender shall be rejected.
If the Performance security is submitted through NEFT or RTGS mode, the bidder shall submit details such as UTR No., Contract No., Bidder’s name & Deposited Amount etc.
The Prospective Bidders should submit the evidence for EMD deposit like UTR number along with the Request Letter for participation in E-auction, self- attested copies of (i) Proof of identity (KYC) viz.
The required fee of tender form has been deposited in Bank A/c No. RTGS/NEFT and the scanned copy of UTR receipt with Transaction Id is being enclosed with E-tender documents.
Scanned copy of the E-receipt duly reflecting the UTR Number shall be uploaded.
In case EMD paid through online banking system, the details of UTR Number and date shall be submitted.
Scanned copy of the proof of payment i.e. UTR number/Fund transfer challan should be uploaded as part of the Proof of Payment along with the Technical Bid.
In case of RTGS / NEFT / Transfer the bidder is required to deposit the requisite amount in the dedicated bank account number as mentioned above and has to get the UTR / Reference number from the bank.
In case the tender downloaded from website, then either the Demand Draft towards tender’s fees or UTR number and date for the transfer of tender fees shall be enclosed with the technical bid.
