UTPs definition
UTPs means Under Trial Prisoners who are in custody at the time of preparation of the list of UTPs by the Superintendent and includes inmates who are out on interim bail.
UTPs has the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereto.

ecosystem services means the benefits that the public enjoys as a result of natural processes and biological diversity.
