Utilization Threshold definition

Utilization Threshold means each of the 2016 Utilization Threshold, the 2017 Utilization Threshold and the 2018 Utilization Threshold.
Utilization Threshold shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Pricing Side Letter.

Examples of Utilization Threshold in a sentence

  • In addition, the Authority may recover one or more of the Airline’s Gates and Related Terminal Area assigned as Airline Premises to be used as Per Use Gates if: (a) the Airline’s Gate Utilization for such preferentially assigned Gate(s) over the most recent one hundred eighty (180) day period is less than the Utilization Threshold; and (b) the CEO determines that there is a reasonable need for use of such Gate(s) on a common use basis.

  • If the Airline’s Gate Utilization does not meet or exceed the Utilization Threshold within one hundred twenty (120) days after the Initial Recapture Notice, the CEO will send the Airline a written notice (the “Final Recapture Notice”) terminating the Airline’s lease of the portion of its Airline Premises subject to reassignment as of the date specified in the Final Recapture Notice.

  • The Utilization Percentage with respect to the 2018 Utilization Threshold shall be calculated as the ratio of (x) aggregate Capital Draws made by the Recipient State under its HFA Participation Agreement as of December 31, 2018, to (y) such Recipient State’s Program Participation Cap as of such date.

  • If Eligible Entity has achieved the Utilization Threshold and the Annual Reallocation Amount is greater than zero for the applicable year, the Program Participation Cap and Round 5 Funding Allocation will be increased by an amount calculated as follows: First, calculate the “Per Capita Amount” for each Recipient State.

  • Prior to such reassignment becoming effective, the Airline shall have a one hundred twenty (120) calendar day period after the date of the Initial Recapture Notice to adjust its schedule to equal or exceed the Utilization Threshold so as not to be subject to such reassignment.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if Utilization falls below the Utilization Threshold on any Hedge Testing Date, Borrower shall only be required to hedge pursuant to the requirements set forth in Section 7.15(a) above until such time when Utilization exceeds the Utilization Threshold again.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the repayment of the Loans (i) pursuant to Section 2.10(a)(iv) or otherwise out of Collections on a Settlement Date, and (ii) the repayment of Loans that do not result in any reduction or termination of Revolving Commitments, so long as the outstanding principal balance of the Loans being repaid equals or exceeds the Minimum Utilization Threshold (as defined in the Fee Letter) after giving effect to such repayment, in each case, shall not constitute a prepayment.

  • Such DDoS Attack is considered a Volumetric DDoS Attack when the Link Utilization Threshold is reached or exceeded.

Related to Utilization Threshold

  • Restoration Threshold means, with respect to each Individual Property, an amount equal to 5% of the outstanding principal amount of the Allocated Loan Amount attributable to such Individual Property.

  • Alteration Threshold means an amount equal to 5% of the outstanding principal amount of the Loan.

  • Minimum Takedown Threshold shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.4.

  • Bid threshold means the dollar amount set in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-3, above which a Board shall advertise for and receive sealed bids in accordance with procedures set forth in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq.

  • Simplified acquisition threshold means the dollar amount below which a district may purchase property or services using small purchase methods. Districts adopt small purchase procedures in order to expedite the purchase of items at or below the simplified acquisition threshold. The simplified acquisition threshold for procurement activities administered under federal awards is set by the FAR at 48 C.F.R. Part 2, Subpart 2.1 [see below]. The district is responsible for determining an appropriate simplified acquisition threshold based on internal controls, an evaluation of risk, and its documented procurement procedures. However, in no circumstances can this threshold exceed the dollar value established in the FAR (48 C.F.R. Part 2, Subpart 2.1) for the simplified acquisition threshold.
