Utilization Factor definition

Utilization Factor means the factor calculated by dividing the saturated heating value of the gas by the square root of its specific gravity.
Utilization Factor means, for any day, the quotient of (i) the aggregate amount of the Lenders' Revolving Credit Exposure on such day divided by (ii) the aggregate amount of the Lenders' Commitments on such day

  • Capacity Utilization Factor or “CUF” Shall have the same meaning as provided in CERC (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time.
