Utilization certificate definition

Utilization certificate means the certificate issued by the Director- General or the person delegated by the Attorney-General to a settlement member certifying that he has utilized the land.
Utilization certificate means the certificate to be submitted by the Second Party at the end of every quarter thereby demonstrating the utilization of the funds of the Grant Amount as per the format provided under Schedule V hereto.
