Utility Water definition

Utility Water means non-potable or potable water available near a Site and provided to Greensteam per Section 9 of Schedule E for the sole purpose of supporting Greensteam’s activities related to producing Steam for Aera.

Examples of Utility Water in a sentence

  • Aera will accept up to the same Utility Water quantity from Greensteam for reprocessing or disposal as Waste Water Return if Greensteam certifies this Waste Water as non-hazardous and non-deleterious to Aera’s operations.

  • Aera shall design and construct the Feedwater and Utility Water interconnect facilities to the Site Boundary, for which Greensteam will pay all costs, including design, labor, materials, overhead and Installation.

  • The Parties shall comply with any and all applicable legal requirements associated with the purchase, transportation, delivery and use of the Steam, Electricity, Natural Gas, Feedwater, Utility Water, and Waste Water Return.

  • Aera shall make available to Greensteam, at no cost to Greensteam, a daily quantity of Feedwater equal to the Steam quantity stated in the Project Agreement, and an additional quantity of Utility Water up to 20,000 barrels/calendar year, to be exclusively used by Greensteam in support of its operations to provide Steam to Aera.

  • The term of this Agreement shall be retroactive to January 1, 2004 and remain in effect until December 31, 2006 for the Township of Parsippany-▇▇▇▇ Hills and the Departments of Parks and Forestry, Division of Streets and Roads, Division of Sanitation and Recycling, Sewer Utility, Water Utility, and ▇▇▇▇▇ Country Club Utility.

  • As a condition of this sale, Purchaser agrees to relocate and replace the security fencing, at Purchaser’s expense, to meet Homeland Security requirements for a Utility Water & Wastewater facility.

  • For existing buildings, vacant land, and new construction, the installation of the Service Connection performed by the Utility shall include installing the main line and curb stop at the Subscriber's property line and the Subscriber shall be responsible for the cost of installing the water line from the curb stop into the Subscriber's building as per the Utility Water Line Specifications (Schedule “A”).

  • During the term of this Agreement, Employee’s employment with Employer shall be “at-will,” which means either the Employer or the Employee may terminate this Agreement for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice.
