Utility uses means electric transmission lines, power plants, substations of electrical utili- ties, solid waste disposal facilities, wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, water storage tanks, communication towers over 35 feet in height, pipelines and storage areas of utilities providing natural gas or other petroleum deriva- tives, and more than two microwave dishes with a diameter of 10 feet or more in one location.
