CITYFORCE AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET LICENSEE’S REQUIREMENTS OR RESULT IN REVENUES OR PROFITS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE TIMELY, ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, AND (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICE, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY LICENSEE THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET LICENSEE’S EXPECTATIONS.
