Utility structures definition

Utility structures means the aboveground devices, required by a utility, including poles, lines, and wires, used for telephone, electric, natural gas, and other distribution or transmission purposes, and natural gas and electrical substations.
Utility structures means structures such as fuel tanks, garbage receptacles, electrical transformers, air conditioning units, satellite dishes, or any other structure that detracts from the visual quality and character of a streetscape or Heritage Area.
