Utility Standards definition

Utility Standards means the standard specifications, standards of practice, and construction methods that are applicable to a Relocation pursuant to the terms and conditions of a Utility Agreement; provided that if a particular facility is not governed by a Utility Agreement or the applicable Utility Agreement does not specify applicable standards, the term “Utility Standards” shall mean the standard specifications, standards of practice, and construction methods that would be customarily applied by a similar utility owner to its facilities, in effect as of the Bid Date.
Utility Standards means the standard specifications, special provisions, standards of practice, Standard Material & Construction Specifications, and construction methods that a Utility Owner customarily applies to facilities (comparable to those utility facilities that are the subject of a Utility Adjustment or Protection in Place on account of the Project) constructed by the Utility Owner (or for the Utility Owner by its contractors). The term includes “Design Criteria” (Criteria) which are the standard Design Criteria Utility Standards of the Utility. for capital projects as provided by the Utility.
Utility Standards means the latest edition of Utility's written standards that are in effect as of the Effective Date, as the same may be modified from time to time thereafter, but only to the extent that such modifications do not result in Betterments pursuant to Section 2.5.

  • Reliability Standards means the criteria, standards, rules and requirements relating to reliability established by a Standards Authority.
