Utility Purposes definition

Utility Purposes means the use of the System to provide Utility Services to users of the System (including Municipal Customers) pursuant to applicable Law and the terms of this Agreement.
Utility Purposes means the construction, operation, maintenance, repair, improvement, reconstruction, replacement or removal of any pipelines, wires, transmission towers, cable, fibre optics or other devices, equipment, structures, things or works for the purpose of transporting oil, gas, electricity, microwaves, telecommunications, water, storm water sewage, or any other form of energy or matter to, from, over, under or across the Project Lands as permitted by the laws of Alberta in force from time to time .

  • Without limitation of any other right of Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇ hereunder, Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and, to the extent permitted by Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇, any existing or future parent, subsidiary, affiliate or successor or assign of Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has the right to use all or part of the Licensed Property for any Public Utility Purposes and the License Grant and Permitted Use are subject and subordinate to the use of the Licensed Property for Public Utility Purposes.

  • In the event that Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇ determines in its sole discretion that it requires any portion of the Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Facilities for its Public Utility Purposes and a portion of or all of Licensee's Wireless Facilities are located on Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Facilities required for said Public Utility Purposes, then Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may, upon 60 days prior written notice, recall the Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Facilities.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may terminate on shorter notice than provided above and/or without any opportunity by Licensee to cure if Licensee’s Wireless Facilities interfere with Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ Public Utility Purposes.

  • If such termination is before the third Anniversary Date, the Company shall pay to the Agent for the account of the Lenders an Early Termination Fee.
