The survey will include existing invert elevations of manholes that could be potential tie-in locations, visible utilities and utility markings, existing structures in the ROW, and other pertinent data. The survey will be conducted following the completion of utility potholing and geotechnical borings, so that the locations of these investigations can be included in the survey. The survey will be overseen by a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) from ▇▇▇▇’▇ Sheridan, WY office, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. ▇▇▇▇ has created a preliminary storm sewer alignment that appears feasible to construct (Figure 1) and would meet the project objectives. However, it is possible that existing grade constraints, difficulty of easement acquisition, utility conflicts, or other factors could require alternate routes to be explored. ▇▇▇▇ will work with the City to define alternate alignments and will prepare conceptual layouts for each
