Utility Maintenance Activities definition

Utility Maintenance Activities means the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the applicable Utility Improvements as reasonably necessary to keep the Utility Improvements in good condition for provision of the applicable utility service. The party performing Utility Maintenance Activities shall use reasonable efforts not to disrupt the business operations on any Tract during any Utility Maintenance Activities. If Utility Maintenance Activities will materially disrupt traffic flow on any portion of the Utility Easement, then the party performing Utility Maintenance Activities shall, absent emergency situations, notify the other Owners of such disruption at least three (3) days before the Utility Maintenance Activities are to commence.

Examples of Utility Maintenance Activities in a sentence

  • After completion of Utility Maintenance Activities for Shared Utility Facilities, the party performing such Utility Maintenance Activities shall invoice the applicable Owner of the BFV Hangar Tract for one-half (1/2) of the actual costs incurred by the party performing the Utility Maintenance Activities.

  • After the expiration or termination of the BFV Hangar Lease, the owner of the fee interest in the BFV Hangar Tract shall, at its sole cost, perform the Utility Maintenance Activities for any Utility Facilities that are not Shared Utility Facilities.

  • The applicable Owner of the BFV Hangar Tract shall pay all such invoices received for its share of Utility Maintenance Activities costs within thirty (30) days after receipt of an invoice from the party performing the Utility Maintenance Activities.

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, the Company is unable to provide prior notice of.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under §175A of the CAA, as amended.
