Utility Indebtedness definition

Utility Indebtedness means collectively the Bonds and any Additional Obligations which are secured by an interest in, the Gross Revenues.
Utility Indebtedness means, collectively or individually, as the context requires, the Parity Indebtedness and the Subordinate Indebtedness.
Utility Indebtedness means all bonds, notes, installment sale agreements, leases or certificates intended to be an obligation secured by the Gross Revenues of the Utility identified in the Disclosure Undertaking, including the Series 2016A Bonds.

  • Such valuation shall also be made in conjunction with redemption of any Utility Indebtedness.

  • There is presently no material default under any resolution, Outstanding Utility Indebtedness, or agreement which would materially adversely affect the ability of the Municipality to make all Loan Repayments or otherwise observe and perform its duties, covenants, obligations and agreements under this Loan Agreement.

  • All Gross Revenues received shall be deposited into the Revenue Fund when and as received in trust for the benefit of the holders of the Utility Indebtedness, subject to the application of Gross Revenues in accordance with the Flow of Funds.

Utility Indebtedness means all bonds, notes, installment sale agreements, leases or certificates intended to be a special obligation of the City payable from revenues of the Utility identified on Schedule 1 as such schedule may be supplemented and amended and, as context may require, the Utility Indebtedness of any particular series identified on Schedule 1. The City may make future series of Utility Indebtedness subject to this Disclosure Undertaking by incorporating by reference in a Bond Resolution or executing a certificate to such effect in conjunction with the issuance of such series of Utility Indebtedness.
