  • System Owner is responsible for the interconnection of the System to the Utility Grid System and is solely responsible for all line extensions, equipment, maintenance, and repairs associated with such interconnection in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, less a construction allowance to be paid by Purchaser in accordance with Purchaser’s Service Extension Policy on file with the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission.

  • The Company shall only employ personnel (management, supervisory and otherwise) who are qualified and experienced for operating and monitoring the Complex and for coordinating operations of the Complex with the Utility Grid System.
