Utility Fees definition

Utility Fees means fees and charges set out in Annexure D, subject to site allocation, occupancy and hire requirements, or otherwise as notified by OEM to the Stallholder from time to time.
Utility Fees means the monthly service charges based upon the ERU rate applied to property owners or occupants, including condominium unit owners or tenants (when the tenant or occupant is the party to whom water and sewer service is billed), of Developed Property, all as more fully described in § 15-204.
Utility Fees means the sum of the payments respecting a manufactured home park made by the landlord for the supply of electricity, natural gas, water, telephone services or coaxial cable services provided by the following:

Examples of Utility Fees in a sentence

  • The Distribution Utility Fees for the provision of this data shall be paid for by the Supplier.

Utility Fees. All utilities fees (e.g. water, electricity, gas, heating, telecommunications, sanitary and other energy related fees) shall be borne by the Tenant Transfer and termination of tenancy
Utility Fees means metered utilities i.e. natural gas and any other utility billed separately under this agreement. Utility Fees therefor (it being understood that, for purposes of the Existing Sites subject to the existing master lease in El Salvador, the existing provisions relating thereto will continue to apply), the “Repurchase Right”, and “Grandfathered Space” (it being understood that, for purposes of the Existing Sites, the space occupied by the tenants thereunder as of the date of this Agreement will constitute “Grandfathered Space”) , shall not apply to the Related Leasing Arrangements.

Related to Utility Fees

  • Facility Fees has the meaning provided in Section 2.11(a).

  • Utility Charges Defined in Section 9.A hereof.

  • Utility Costs means utility and home energy costs related to the occupancy of rental property (e.g. electricity, gas, water and sewer, trash removal, and energy costs (such as fuel oil)) that are separately- stated charges. Utility Costs do not include telecommunication services (e.g. telephone, cable, and internet services).

  • Maintenance Charges means the proportionate amount of Common Expenses payable monthly by the Allottee to the Maintenance Agency;
