Utility Conflict definition

Utility Conflict means circumstances in which a proposed road improvement project brings utility facilities out of compliance with regulatory agency standards or existing utility facilities preclude or hinder the construction of a road improvement project.
Utility Conflict means an existing Utility which LACMTA determines requires a Utility Adjustment in order to construct, operate or maintain the ESP2 Project in compliance with the Final Environmental Documents and, subject to Section 2.5(a) (Permits), and Applicable Law.

  • The Utility Coordinator will utilize the Utility Layout and prepare a Utility Conflict Matrix that summarizes the list of utility conflicts by owner, conflict type and station limits.

  • The meetings shall review: o Existing facilities including major facilities to be avoided with the project, if possible o Utility Conflict Matrix o Utility Conflict Exhibit o Long lead items that could potentially impact the schedule during PS&E o Utility Conflict Matrix along with Utility Conflict Exhibit.

  • Any potential conflicts identified will be coordinated with the Town and shown on the plans and a Utility Conflict Matrix.
