On Consolidated Utility Bills, the T&D will respond to Customer inquiries concerning the calculation of Provider charges, and the collection and application of payments.
In addition, Tenant hereby authorizes Landlord to obtain copies of the Utility Bills directly from the Utility Providers, and Tenant hereby authorizes each Utility Provider to provide Utility Bills and related utility usage information for the Premises directly to Landlord.
