The Provider shall be responsible for the T&D Consolidated Utility Billing charges as set forth in the T&D’s Terms and Conditions.
No rate shall be used in Consolidated Utility Billing until such time as the T&D has completed its testing and the Provider has certified the results of the testing as satisfactory in accordance with this subsection 9.2.
