Utility Agency definition

Utility Agency means private utility companies, jurisdiction departments or contractors working for private utility companies or jurisdiction departments, engaged in the construction or maintenance of utility distribution lines and services, including water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, electric, gas, telephone, television and communication services.
