The Customer shall allow the Utility access to his/her property for the purpose of inspecting the connection, metering equipment, possible cross connections, and/or possible unacceptable plumbing practices.
If necessary for the purposes of this Agreement, the Customer shall allow the Utility access to the Utility’s equipment and facilities located on the Premises.

Seller shall be responsible for arranging compliance with any Utility customer requirements relating to Utility access to the Utility Meters.
